When can I start prenatal yoga?
Most students begin around 12 weeks, but you're welcome anytime with your provider’s okay. Our classes support all stages of pregnancy safely.
What props and space do I need for virtual prenatal yoga?
You’ll need a yoga mat, two blocks, a blanket or towel, and a pillow or bolster. A quiet space the size of a yoga mat is plenty.
